Friday, September 14Join The Mann Art Gallery as the host the Opening Reception for Catherine BlackBurn: New Age Warriors an exhibition of new work by Catherine Blackburn. Saturday, September 15Yoga for Seniors This is a beginner/ all level class aimed at bringing more mobility and stability and well as gentle breathing practices that can help strengthen the lungs and release tension.
