2019 Santa Claus Parade Application
    Entries
    Parade entries need to bring  value  to our audience and therefore need to be of quality, family friendly, entertaining and inspiring.  There are a maximum amount of entries so please apply early.
     
    Parade Route
    Floats will line up on 9th Street East, then travel south on Central Ave, then turn left onto 14th Street East.
     
    General Information
    • All applications are to be completed, signed and received no later than Friday, November 22, 2019.
    • For safety reasons, no material may be thrown from any parade entry along the parade route.  Items can be handed directly to the public by walkers associated with entry.
    • We ask each entry to assist us in keeping consistent pace in the parade and to help in elimination of gaps.
    • There is no entry fee.
    • Make sure the vehicle has been washed and decorated with at least a few holiday decorations on it. 
    • Parade is a go, no matter what the weather holds that day.  Please ensure participants come prepared.
    • No smoking/vaping on or near entries.
    • You agree to receive emails to the address given above for organizational purposes for this event.

    The applicant/organization above agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend any action against Avison Young / 1540709 Ontario Ltd O/A Gateway Mall, the City of Prince Albert, the Province of Saskatchewan, The Prince Albert Downtown Business Improvement District and Main Street Events, Inc. from and against all liabilities whatsoever arising out of its participation in the Downtown Santa Claus Parade.
